Daily agent

The daily agent is a scheduled task that runs automatically once a day. Besides that, you can trigger the daily agent manually via the the view action Actions - Run daily agent in the console view.

It executes followings actions:

1. Updates Roles document.
2. Processes new error logs and mail them to defined persons if applicable.
3. Publishes versions.
4. Web page processing.
1. Updates reader and editor access if applicable.
2. Publishes web pages with status waiting to be published and a past or current start date.
3. Archives web pages with a past end date.
5. Sends notifications regarding submitted, approved and (soon to be) archived web pages.
6. Removes temporary documents.
7. Updates replication/save conflicts info.
8. Removes cached pages that are expired.
9. Stores an info, warning or error log document with detailed information.
10. Creates/updates robots.txt.
11. Creates/updates sitemap.xml.
