Manage content parts on a central level and insert them in multiple web pages.
To create a reusable content part:
- Navigate in the section Site content to the sub section Reusable content.
- Click on the view action New.
- Fill in a title for your new reusable content part and click Ok.
- The new reusable content part opens in the web editor where you can add a diversity of content.

- Note that reusable content is column related. So if you create reusable content for the first column, you cannot reuse it in your web page for the last column.
- Click on the form action Save - Save and close.
- You see the new reusable content part in the view.

To create the same web page for alternative languages:
- Navigate in the section Site content to the sub section Pages.
- Select the reusable content block you want to copy.
- Click on the view action New - Other languages.
- Select the applicable languages and click Ok.
- Click on the view action Switch language and select one of the alternative languages you selected before.
- The new reusable content block is displayed in the view depending on the number of documents that are displayed.

To create the same reusable content block for all configured languages the reusable content block does not exist yet:
- Navigate in the section Site content to the sub section Reusable content.
- Select the reusable content block you want to copy.
- Click on the view action New - All remaining languages.
- Select the applicable languages and click Ok.
- Click on the view action Switch language and select one of the alternative languages.
- The new reusable content block is displayed in the view depending on the number of documents that are displayed.

To insert a reusable content part in your web page:
- Navigate in the section Site content to the sub section Pages.
- Open an existing web page.
- The web page opens in the editor.

Focus your cursor on the location where to insert the reusable content part.

Click on your right mouse button.

A context menu appears.
- Click on Insert reusable content.
- The reusable content properties dialog appear.

- Click on the button Select.
- A picklist dialog appears with all reusable content parts.
- Select the reusable content part you want to insert and click Ok.
- You return to the properties dialog and click again Ok.
- The reusable content part has been inserted.
- Click on the form action Save - Save and close to store your changes.
Note that:
- Reusable content is yet column related. So if you create reusable content for the first column, you cannot reuse it in your web page for the last column.
- Support for resuable content within other components is not 100% yet.

You do your changes in the reusable content part. Then the changes will be effected automatically on all web pages using this reusable content part.
You can delete reusable content blocks as follow:
- Select the reusable content blocks you want to delete.
- Click the view action Delete - Selected
or
Press Delete on your keyboard.
- The applicable reusable content blocks are deleted.
Shazzoo works with soft deletions. This means that deleted document are moved to the recycle bin. From there you can restore them or delete them permanently.
You can delete reusable content blocks plus all equivalent language reusable content block as follow:
- Select the reusable content blocks you want to delete.
- Click the view action Delete - Selected and related languages.
- The applicable web pages are deleted.
Shazzoo works with soft deletions. This means that deleted document are moved to the recycle bin. From there you can restore them or delete them permanently.
You can delete reusable content blocks plus all equivalent reusable content blocks of selected languages as follow:
- Select the reusable content blocks you want to delete.
- Click the view action Delete - Selected of selected languages.
- Select one or more alternative languages for which you want to delete the selected reusable content blocks.
- The applicable web pages are deleted.

- Select one or more languages and click Ok.
