1. Comment
If you perform an action on a selected document (i.e. delete) and the action was not successful a red icon with a question mark notifies you. If you hover over this icon, the reason of failure pops up.
File containers are public by default. You can grant read access to a specific group of users. This column shows a yellow key if the file container has been read restricted.
Indication if images in the file container are included or excluded from the index of search engines.

Description
New - New
Create a new file container. A file container contains numerous attachments.
New - Copy
Creates one or more copies of the selected image containers and resizes the images automatically to the selected resolutions.
Delete
Moves the selected file containers to the recycle bin.
Edit
Opens the selected file container for editing.
Other views - By type
Switches to the view Files by type.
Other views - By identifier
Switches to the view Files by identifier.
Other views - By attachment name
Switches to the view Files by attachment.
Other views - Restricted by audience
Switches to the view Restricted files by audience.
Change - Values
Changes properties of all selected file containers.
Click on the action, modify the appropriate properties and click Ok. In case you select a file container you have no edit access to, you are notified (visualized with an exclamation sign in front of the file container title, hover over it with your mouse for details).

Refresh view
Refreshes the view with the latest updates.
Collapse
Collapses all categories.
To collapse a single category click on the little minus icon in front of the category.
Expand
Expands all categories.
To expand a single category click on the little plus icon in front of the category.
