Displays all your web pages regardless what status. By default the display of web pages is categorized on status. For more information on web page status, click here.

You can collapse and expand categories in the view by clicking on the little icon in front of the category.

View columns

Column	Description
1. Comment	If you perform an action on a selected document (i.e. delete) and the action was not successful a red icon with a exclamation mark notifies you. If you hover over this icon, the reason of failure pops up. For an icon legenda of this column, click here.
2. Views	Google Analytics integration. The numbers give you an insight of the page visits you had last period (day, week or month) compared to the period before. The number before the brackets are the page visits of the last period. The number between the brackets show you the number of page visits of the period before.
3. Page rank	Google Analytics integration. This column shows you directly whether visits for a particular web page have increased or dropped. For an icon legenda of this column, click here.
4. Locking	In case other users open a page for editing or lock the page otherwise, the page is locked for other editors. For more information in locking, click here. For an icon legenda of this column, click here.
5. Title	Title of your web page.
6. Restricted access	Web pages are public by default. You can grant read access to a specific group of users. This column shows a yellow key if the web page has been read restricted. For an icon legenda of this column, click here.
7. Versions	This column indicates whether the web page has one or more related versions and also if one of those versions is in the publication cycle. For an icon legenda of this column, click here.
8. Triggered for menu item	If your visitors navigate through your site, they click menu items. When clicking a menu item a particular web page is shown to your visitors. This column tells you what web page is triggered when clicking on the related menu item. For an icon legenda of this column, click here.
9. Start date	Date the web page will be online.
10. End date	Date the web page will expire and be archived automatically. In case the end date is Dec 31, 2999 it has no expiration date.
11. Edit date	Date the web page was last modified.
12. Author	Author that created the web page.

View actions

Action	Description
New - Page	Create a blank new web page. You control the title of the web page in a seperate pre-dialog.
New - Page from Stationery	Create a new web page based on a stationery you select from a picklist. You control the title of the web page in a seperate pre-dialog.
New - Copy	Copy an existing web page. You control the title, identifier, identifier prefix, identifier suffix and language of the web page in a seperate pre-dialog.
New - Other languages	Copies all selected pages to an identical page of one or more other languages you select. The identifiers of these pages will be identical, the language will be different.
New - All remaining languages	Copies all selected pages to all configured languages for which the page does not exist yet. If you have 100 English pages and want to create 100 Spanish equivalents, select all 100 English pages and trigger this action. After that switch to Spanish and translate all 100 new created pages.
Delete - Selected	Moves the selected web pages to the recycle bin.
Delete - Selected and related languages	Moves all selected pages to the recycle bin including all related other language pages. So if you have a page in English, Spanish and Dutch, trigger this action to move all three pages to the recycle bin.
Delete - Selected of selected languages	Moves all selected pages to the recycle bin including all related other language pages of the languages you select. So if you have a page in English, Spanish and Dutch and you want to move all except for the Dutch page to the recycle bin, trigger this action and select all languages except for Dutch.
Delete - All of selected languages	WARNING: This action moves all pages and reusable content blocks of the selected languages to the recycle bin. So if you want to delete an entire language from your site, use this action.
Edit	Opens the selected web page for editing.
Other views - By status	Switches to the view Web pages by status.
Other views - By URL	Switches to the view Web pages by URL.
Other views - By list	Switches to the view Web pages by list.
Other views - By tag	Switches to the view Web pages by tag.
Other views - Restricted by audience	Switches to the view Restricted web pages by audience.
Other views - Search engine optimization	Switches to the view Pages - Search engine optimization settings.
Change - Values	Changes properties of all selected web pages. Click on the action, modify the appropriate properties and click Ok. In case you select a web page you have no edit access to, you are notified (visualized with an exclamation sign in front of the web page title, hover over it with your mouse for details). Change - Status	Changes the status of all selected web pages. Click on the action, select the new status and click Ok. In case the status transition is not possible, you are informed (notified with an exclamation sign in front of the web page title, hover over it with your mouse for details).
Show versions	Displays all version in a list. From there you can select a version and open it in edit mode.
Lock	Locks a web page for editing, without opening the page in edit mode.
Unlock	Unlocks a web page for editing, without closing the page.
Switch language	Switches to another language so all web pages and reusable content blocks of the applicable language are displayed. If you switch from language other content editors will also see the web pages and reusable content blocks of that language.
Preview - Selected	Opens all selected web pages in a new browser window in publishing mode.
Preview - Selected of selected languages	Opens all selected web pages of all selected languages in a new browser window in publishing mode.
Refresh view	Refreshes the view with the latest updates.
Collapse	Collapses all categories. To collapse a single category click on the little minus icon in front of the category.
Expand	Expands all categories. To expand a single category click on the little plus icon in front of the category.
