1. Comment

If you perform an action on a selected document (i.e. delete) and the action was not successful a red icon with a exclamation mark notifies you. If you hover over this icon, the reason of failure pops up.

2. Date created

Date and time the survey result was posted by a visitor of your web site.

3. Author

Person that posted the survey result.

Is always Anonymous unless the visitor of your web site has logged in.

4. Email author

Email address the poster has left.

View action

Description

Delete

Moves the selected comments to the recycle bin.

Export

Export survey results to a spreadsheet format (xls or xlsx).

To export survey results:

1. Click on the action Export.
2. In case there are two or more surveys on the web page, select the survey you want to export results for.
3. A new browser window appears with a sequential data dump of all survey results. Immeidately the Save as dialog appears.
4. Save the file and give it an xls extension.
5. Open the file in MS Excel.
6. Some versions of MS Excel will come up with a warning saying the format is oncorrect. Open it anyway.
7. Verify the results in MS Excel.
8. After saving the file, the warning will not be there anymore.
